ABSTRACT
Objective:To systematically evaluate the psychological experience of unmarried women after artificial abortion by Meta integration method.Methods:A literature search was conducted from PubMed, Web of Science, EMbase, Medline, CNKI, WanFang, VIP, CBM databases with the combination of subject words and free words. The Chinese and English search terms included “unmarried women” “abortion” “pregnancy termination” “perception” “qualitative research”, etc; the researched time was from the establishment of the database to April 26, 2022. The literature was evaluated according to the quality evaluation standard of JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center, and then the results where integrated.Results:A total of 8 articles were included, including two Chinese articles and the six English articles, all of which were classified as B grade, with 28 complete results extracted, and the similar results were integrated into 8 categories, finally 4 synthesis results were synthesized: (1) lack of relevant knowledge; (2) be overburdened; (3) a desire to be supported and cared; (4) seek relevant knowledge, organization help and active response.Conclusion:The general psychological experience of unmarried women after artificial abortion is poor, lack of relevant knowledge, heavy psychological burden, longing for family and social care and seeking different coping strategies are the main manifestations of the feelings.

This review aims to interpret the interventions to improve physical function for children and young people with cerebral palsy, thus providing relevant suggestions.Relevant literatures published before November 2018 were systematically searched in Cochrane library, CINAHL, and Embase MEDLINE using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation method.Consult with international experts and patients to assess evidence and recommend it.Based on 3 systematic reviews, 30 randomized clinical trials, and 5 pre-and post-treatment studies, a total of 13 recommendations were given.The guidelines recommend that, in order to achieve functional stan-dards, intervention measures should include, patient-selected goals, full-task practice in real-life settings, support for family empowerment, and a team approach.The age, ability, and child/family preferences were all needed to be considered.In order to improve walking ability, ground walking and treadmill training can be carried out.Various methods can promote the realization of hand use goals hand use, including the two-hand exercise training, constraint-induced moverment therapy, goal-oriented training and cognitive therapy.In terms of patient self-care, the guideline proposed that, the combination of full-task practice and auxiliary equipment can improve the independence of self-care and reduce the burden of care givers.Leisure goals could be achieved by the combination of the practice of the entire task with strategies to address environmental, personal, and social barriers.The intervention of children and adolescents with cerebral palsy should take into consideration of patient selection and the goal of full-task practice.The child/family preference, age and ability should be considered when clinical workers selecting specific interventions.
ABSTRACT
Objective To optimize the extraction and purification process of oleanolic acid in Ligustrum lucidum fruits with macroporous resin. Methods Grinding degree,temperature,liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction times,ethanol volume fraction and pH were selected as factors,which may influence the extraction of oleanolic acid from L. lucidum. Single factor experiments were carried out on these factors. The optimal extraction conditions were determined,and the best type of resin was chosen for separation and purification of oleanolic acid in the optimal conditions. Results The optimal technological conditions were as follows:the temper?ature was controlled at 80℃,ethanol solution was 60%,liquid material ratio was 1∶11,extraction time was 120 min,and extraction times were twice. The crude extraction was processed at pH 12,and then the pH was adjusted to 2 to further purify the processed crude extraction. The content of oleanolic acid in the extract was 9.5%by UV visible spectrophotometric method. This extraction was further separated and purified by AB-8 resin,and the content of oleanolic acid detected by ultraviolet visible spectrophotometr was 15.2%.Conclusion The optimal process of the oleanolic acid extraction is reproducible,simple and feasible. It may provide refer?ence for using macroporous resin to extract oleanolic acid from L. lucidum in the industry production.
ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:To study the compatible stability of ornidazole sodium chloride injection with latamoxef disodium.METHODS:Content changes of the mixed solution of ornidazole sodium chloride injection with latamoxef disodium were detected at different time by ultraviolet spectrophotometry;and the pH value,the appearance and the insoluble microparticles of the solution were also detected.RESULTS:Storing for 8 hours under room temperature,the combined solution looked clear,no significant change was noted regarding the content of ornidazole,but a slight reduction was noted regarding the content of lata_moxef disodium and the pH value had a slight change.CONCLUSION:Ornidazole sodium chloride injection and latamoxef dis_odium can be administered compatibly.
